- Damaged or incorrect product: Within 48 hours of delivery
- Size, color, or quality concerns: Within 7 days of delivery
Requests made after the specified time may not be accepted. Athlene Sports & Fitness reserves the right to decline such claims.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact
Note: Badminton shuttlecocks are not eligible for return or exchange due to their sensitive nature and usage conditions. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
All products include a hologram seal for authenticity. Any tampering or removal of this seal will make the product ineligible for return or exchange.
Product-Specific Guidelines
Racquets
- Must be unused and in original packaging
- Handle grip plastic must remain intact
- No marks from shuttle or ball usage
- Frame must be free from scratches, dents, or damage
Footwear
- Must be unused and in brand-new condition
- Returned in the original shoe box with packaging
- Soles must be clean and not worn outdoors
- Tags must remain attached
Exchange Policy
- Only one free exchange is allowed per order
- Additional exchanges will require the customer to bear shipping costs for both directions

- Packaging is damaged or missing
- The item is not suitable for resale
